SANTA RITA, Guam (October 30, 2009) -- Chief Electrician's Mate Kareem George, USS Frank Cable (AS 40) Command Fitness Leader, leads a warm-up session before beginning the Physical Readiness Test (PRT) portion of the Cycle 2 2009 Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA). Each component of the PFA is an integral part in determining a Sailor’s physical fitness level. Command Fitness Leaders (CFL) from each of the different commands around the Navy administer this test to Sailors twice per year. Sailors E-1 to O-10 participate in the PFA. As Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet's only operational submarine tender, Frank Cable readily deploys to ports throughout the Western Pacific to provide services to both submarines and surface ships in the Seventh Fleet area of responsibility.
